G-Plotter is Projecta’s industrial Multipass printer.
Designed specifically for those businesses that need to make prints of the highest quality, the G-Plotter series is able to decorate formats of any shape and size: from small substrates of various kinds or types, up to large slabs and large panels.

The G-Plotter series printers can be included both in discontinuous production contexts, such as laboratories or small production companies, as well as in continuous production contexts, such as structured decoration lines, equipped with automated substrate loading and removal phases. To adapt to different contexts and better respond to very specific needs, the G-Plotter series also offers a high level of customization.

With the G-Plotter series of multipass printers it is possible to decorate porous substrates, such as green tiles, wood fibre panels and natural wood, cements, but also non-porous substrates, such as fired ceramic substrates, glass and metals in general.
Highest quality prints and adaptability to different production contexts, from a small laboratory to entire more complete and complex lines, are real strengths.

Removable and interchangeable colour bars with plug and play mechanism: maintenance interventions are simple, quick and economical.

Different head models are supported to satisfy the most diverse application needs: Seiko RC1536 M or L, Xaar series 100x, Xaar series 200x.

It is possible to change the machine setup to use UV inks, IR inks, soluble salts and water-based inks.

The head cleaning system is fully automated.
