The G-Tester laboratory single pass printer was created to meet different needs: from consolidated production companies such as ceramics, whose main interest is to carry out quality checks on the inks in use, test new inks, apply logos or barcodes, up to the most disparate experimental realities, aimed at research and applicative exploration. All passing through the same ink manufacturers as well as small production companies, which do not need more advanced and expensive single pass printers.

G-Tester is an extremely simple, economical and reliable single pass printer, with very low maintenance costs, which allows a faithful reproduction of its older sisters’ digital printing, such as the Evolve and Innova series printers, that have the same printing technology. The tests and studies carried out with it can be carried onto an industrial scale with extreme accuracy, making it a must for those who are approaching this technology.

Digital inkjet printing is an ever-expanding technology. Alongside application sectors such as the ceramic one, whose use has been consolidated for several years, there are sectors that have only recently approached this technology, just as other sectors are waiting to discover its real advantages. The G-Tester series printers offer the possibility to alter the machine setup for the use of UV inks, IR inks, soluble salts, water-based inks.


Removable and interchangeable colour bars with plug and play mechanism: ability to quickly change the colour configuration and maximum efficiency in testing different inks on the same colour bar.

The limited volumes of ink required to start the print circuit allow for printing tests using less than 1 litre of ink.

Different head models are supported to satisfy the most diverse application needs: Seiko RC1536 M or L, Xaar series 100x, Xaar series 200x.

It is possible to change the machine setup to use UV inks, IR inks, soluble salts and water-based inks.

It is also possible to adapt the printer conveyor to print different substrates.
